- 9:00 - 9:30 Opening of COPAC Conference, short overview of event schedule and activities.
- 9:30 - 9:45 Start of meeting - Presentation of conference agenda.
- 9:45 - 10:00 Review and approval of 2010 conference minutes.
- 10:15 - 11:00 Short introduction of AAC participants and their clubs.
- 11:00 - 11:15 Break - coffee, tea, juice, water & pastries available.
- 11:15 - 11:30 Update on current official status of the AAC.
- 11:30 - 1:00 Roundtable discussion of current/future role of AAC.
- 1:00- 2:00 Lunch
- 2:00 - 2:15 Update on AAC website.
- 2:15 - 3:00 Social Media presentation by Stephanie Ward: How to utilize Social Media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) to gain benefits for your club/organization.
- 3:00 - 3:45 Continuation of roundtable discussion.
- 3:45 - 4:00 Coffee break
- 4:00 - 4:15 Review of current by-laws.
- 4:15 - 5:30 Wrap up and close of conference.
Evening - free time.
